About ACE...

Archery Coaching & Events LLP (ACE) was founded by two Archery GB coaches: Steve Hooper (coach) and Les Bartlett (county coach). The initial concept was to create a means of promoting archery outside of the confines and regimen of a club environment and to encourage more people to experience archery in the safe hands of qualified coaches.

As coaches we are often asked to provide tweaks to equipment and to 'watch' an archer shoot; however, this rarely proves satisfactory for an archer that is working towards a goal so, ACE aims to provide structured coaching tailored to the archer, be it equipment, form, well-being etc. and away from the pressures of a club-day round.

Within ACE we only use coaches with a proven background in coaching and, in particular, group-workshop coaching experience.

As part of the requirments of the UK's governing body (Archery GB) all licensed coaches are current in both enhanced-level CRB checks and CPA (Child Protection Awareness)
